RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - A fifth person has been arrested in connection to a shooting that left a young mother and her baby dead, along with three others injured.
Kevon Bynum, 18, is now in custody and charges with conspiracy to commit murder in connection to the shooting at The Belt Atlantic apartments in the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike on April 27. Police say he was arrested without incident.

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Another arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that left a mother and her baby dead, along with three others injured.
Richmond police, with the help of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force, arrested Kavon Bynum, 18, in connection to the shooting at The Belt Atlantic apartments in the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike on April 27.

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Richmond police said an 18-year-old died of his injuries from a shooting that happened on April 29.
Police were called around 10:22 p.m. on April 29 to the 200 block of East Ladies Mile for a person shot.
Officers wound 18-year-old James Foster, III, in the parking lot of a store with an apparent gunshot wound.
Foster was taken to the hospital, where he later died on Friday, April 30.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.

The suspected shooter, whose name has not been released due to his age, was also charged with the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Riley was killed April 8 at about 4:46 p.m. along the 2300 block of Afton Avenue in South Richmond.
âI lost my first love, my firstborn, best friend,â Jaywan s mother Toneca Riley said days after her son s death. âHe grew up with me. Heâs always been my hero, my protector.â
